Isn't this one of the greatest tv shows ever? They just don't make them like that anymore.

I also liked Mary, Laura, Harriet and Nellie the best.:)

wow. . .i thought I was the only one out there addicted to that show! Nellie and Harriet were simply awful. . .unfortunately, like most actors on popular shows, they were probably so good at those roles that is why we never saw them in anything else. Because no one could imagine them as anyone but Harriet or Nellie.
Near to impossible to find a show on tv like that any more--especially if you don't have cable to find the reruns.

I watch it sometimes I like it and I read some of the books Nellie should gotten more spankings than what she got she was a spoiled brat Harriet was funny and she was the funniest on the camp out with the Ingalls when Nellie and Harriet got posion ivy.

Yeah i love this show!! My favorite episode is For love of Nancy and The Werewolf of Walnut Grove and The Monster of Walnut Grove. And the ones that i never wont to see again is Sylvia (part one and two) and May We Make Them Proud (part one and two). My favorites are: Nellie,Laura, Mary and Albert.

I used to watch it in the 80's. I missed Nellie she was the best!! I just saw her on VH1 on one of those shows they have. Laura or Melissa is going to be on House this week.

I watch it every day. It makes me teary-eyed, too, sometimes. The worst episode is when Laura's horse Kittie ran into the barb-wire and Pa had to shoot her. The best episode is when that Uncle guy saved the Wild Boy from the side show.

i loved that show.. i always wanted to buy the collector's vhs back in the day hahah... hopefully they have the dvd ones for cheaper later on.
nellie was So horrible!! and her Mother!! OMG!! horrendous!! it's amazing that Nells (the dad) put up w/ her....sheesh. i did like the early episodes, when mary and laura were younger tho.... :) but all of them were great overall!!!

My mom, sister and I always used to watch that! It was a great show! Classic (i am 15) now i want to watch it. Sometimes they play it on Hallmark or something. My mom and i watched it a few times durning the summer!

I saw one recently that I don't remember seeing before. Laura ran away after Caroline gave birth to the stillborn charles. She wanted god to take her and bring baby charles back because dad really wanted a boy child.
I was weeping!

I love that show. One of my fondest memories of my mom was of her laughing as the little girl falls down the hill at the opening sequences. I just recorded the last episode where they blow up the whole town.
