Most graduate schools require you to have completed a BA or BS degree at an accredited school. And in most cases you have to provide a transcript that shows that you achieved a good GPA and took all the courses that people in that study area normally take. If you have a BA that doesnt include the correct courses, they will require you to complete all the courses that (in their opinion) are missing.

Good management programs are much less inclined to accept people with nonstandard backgrounds than other degrees. Soft skills have a high value along with intelligence, which is why many insist on interviewing candidates.

If you have amazing life experience like you started a business and made multiple millions and you had this test score; maybe. But then you don't need the degree.
