Are you a the property owner? Call the city to find out who's responsibility it is, so you can decide how to handle the situation. As a fellow So Califian, how are those camera signals working out? Are less people running red lights??

I don't live in Hollywood, but I know in my city that sort of thing isn't free.

if the tree is getting into the power, cable or phone lines then the owner of the line will cut it for free.
