I wondered the same thing. I was looking forward to seeing Don Vito getting messed with but he's not in it at all.
In the Spin interview with Johnny Knoxville where he's on the cover (and i heard him say the same thing on the Jimmy Kimmel show) he said that he had an agreement with Jeff Tremaine (the director) that he would be allowed to go back in November '06 to shoot more footage; that, technically, they aren't wrapped on the jackass 2 shoot.
I don't know if it will all be for the dvd or a possible re-release, but maybe the don vito footage would be included with this
"new" footage.

I have no idea, probably will be on the dvd... oh HEADS UP to ppl who are squeamish, dont see this movie if you have a weak stomach, I dont have a weak stomach but... some one else did in the theater i was at last night...

they do that with movies sometimes...they show things in the previews and trailers that aren't in the movie! i don't like when the do that!!!!

they did that in the hostel movie. the theatrical preivew showed a guy with his arm being skinned...its not even in the unrated dvd??????
