JFK.
JFK stook for everything good about this country. He may have had his faults, but he was like a new hope for our country. He would have changed so much and this country would be so different today if he hadnt been killed.Different for the better not the worse like with Bush.

It's my opinion that JFK was the better President (and unlike you, I'm old enough to remember him). :)
By the way, which Bush are you referring to? I'll assume the present one.
JFK, although one might argue with his politics, seemed to genuinely believe his own rhetoric. Political optimism was a trait of both JFK and Robert Kennedy, his brother. He filled the nation with a sense of youthful vitality and hopefulness. Things seemed to be looking upward, when he was assassinated. He appeared to be concerned about keeping the country's best interests in mind.
I am not convinced that Bush is looking out for anyone's best interests, aside from his own, and the interests of major corporations.

JFK was one of those people who died young and never got to live to see the results of his work. He was a great speaker and looked good, but as far as being a great president, we don't have much to judge him by. He made quite a few mistakes, but also gave some inspiring speeches.
It is way to early to judge Bush. He is a poor speaker and has not done some things very well, but history will be a better judge of his overall job.

Actually, JFK was a bit of a hawk, and the cuban missile crisis came a lot closer to a world tradgedy than most people are aware.
Still, I think most historians would rate JFK well above Bush.

JFK, no question. It would be like comparing the movie Citizen Kane with Police Academy.

JFK he faced down the other superpower in the cuban missle crises and no one died and avoided a nuclear confrontation. Bush didn't catch the people who did attack us and attacked a country that didn't attack us.
