try using a loofah on your legs first, it worked for me. Otherwise, give up shaving and go to a deploritory cream or wax.

well first off, dont use soaps on your legs, it can be very drying. Try using a hair conditioner, which softens the hair, plus provides a moisture barrier for the skin and razor. Never EVER use an dull razor...switch it every week at least. I would suggest a disposable (ive tried them ALL) with triple blades. or Gillette Sensor Excell for men works well too.

Anyway....

Shave your legs LAST when you shower. that way, hair has time to soften in the steam and absorb water, therefore becoming plump and causing them to stick out more. This gives you a softer feel because when hair dries, it recedes futher into the hair shaft, therefore feels softer and smoother to the touch. Don't use menthol gels or creams because they actually "cool" the skin and cause the hair to stiffen/recede into the hair shaft.

i would also try to use Henri Bendel or Bath and Body Works Shower Cream as they are very smooth and silkening.

Lastly, everyday, immediately after your shower, use a super moisturizing lotion to keep skin soft between shaves.

And don't shave everyday...

You could also try waxing which i am a big fan of..

using a skin oil of some kind while shaving instead of cream or moisturizer will help with the razor burn. Your hair grows back quickly though, and that is why they don't stay smooth at all.
You could wax, but then between each waxing you have to grow your hair out pretty far and that can be gross during the summer.

I would use skintimate (enough so it looks like a thick layer of white foam) and a venus razor. That's what I use, and it works! Also, make sure you aren't using really hot or really cold water. It gives you goosebumps, which can increase your chances of razor burn. Another thing: if you buy the venus razor, be sure to use the blade only about 3 times. You might be allergic to the metal on razors - if so, then switch to nair or veet mousse. Good luck!

I had the same problem. I started using an electric razor...a good one (men's). My legs get just as smooth and absolutely no irritation. And it's kind of nice to just sit and watch TV or whatever while I shave my legs! I use a Braun 6520 (it was my ex-boyfriend's).

nicely if u desire pleasing legs, you could desire to WAX i'm sorry yet shaving will continuously go away th;ose marks and there is extremely no longer something u can do approximately it. waxing is fantastic becuz it in easy terms takes some seconds and harm for the 2d. and it lassts plenty longer than shaving

i am not an expert on the whole razor bumps but have you tried putting after shave on them once you get out or stop wearing jeans when you get finished from shaving.

Just use whatever body wash you've got and get your leg all foamy with a facecloth or a puff. Then use a razor and just lightly drag it over your leg.
