The universe is to big for us to even begin to understand,yet we seem to keep trying. It is filled with darkness and light,good and evil. This universe will be done away with,and we will live in a new universe, where the evil and darkness has been removed
( Revelation 21:1 ). God must be found here in this life,on this planet called earth,not out in the vast universe. Search the universe of your soul for answers. Look for God in creation and within you. Consider a butterfly sometime,or the purity of a little child's heart. God is nearer than we may think!

Who said that God created the universe to begin with. I feel that people created God as a means to explain that which they don't understand.......like the Universe.

God made the universe so vast (but not infinite) because God, Himself is so vast (yes - He IS infinite), and to God, the universe is not all that big.
And yet, in spite of the fact that God is so big (infinite) and we are so small, yet He is concerned about every detail of our lives! (Amazing!).
In fact, God cares so much about us, that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die to pay the penalty for OUR crimes against God (ie sins). Now THAT spells "LOVE"!
