If you trust it, put it on the top rack of your dishwasher. Otherwise, maybe try a toothbrush? I can't imagine the opening being smaller than that.

Using a funnell( you can buy all different sizes for cheap) pour vinegar and backing soda inside of it and let the fizz help get it clean. Can you fit a baby bottle brush cleaner in it?

I have had good luck cleaning old crystal with
denture cleaning tablets. Just let tablet and water soak in crystal piece for a while, then use a bottle brush.

I've seen small brushed used to clean fish tanks. Sort of like bottle brushes. They should work.

Get a lint brush or some steel wool, and rip off tiny shreds, and wrap it around a Q-tip (TM), dip it into a cleaning solution and so on...
