Don't ever take the sleeping pills route!!

1. They will damage your liver big time and you can get into serious health problems.

2. You will get hooked up on them and you won't be able to have a normal life any more if you don't take your pills everyday.

The sleeping pills industry is damaging our health by capitalizing on our ignorance, and by distracting people from effective and natural ways to deal with this problem. I had been taking prescription sleep medications [Ambien] for over 5 years. It stopped working and I simply took more. Still did not work. Nights were very difficult - medication put me to sleep but I would wake up after 2–3 hours with a strong sympathetic response (fast pulse, pounding heartbeat, wide awake alert). It was a very difficult cycle to break. I was really in bad shape due to lack of sleep.

After years of struggling I was able to cure my insomnia naturally and pretty fast. I followed the Sleep Tracks sleep optimization program, here is their official web -site if you want to take a look: http://www.insomniacure.net

Ohhh..and Good Luck!

Not a lot, you'll reach the 'second wind' stage soon - it's like an extra burst of energy that keeps you going a bit longer. Of course drinking things like coffee will help, and so will eating (as long as you don't eat too much), but you don't have to keep going for much longer - you'll probably sleep for at least 12 hours so you could hit the hay at around 8pm and your body clock will be fine.

I always swear by Oxygen. Give yourself a few bursts of Oxygen. I buy these OGO oxygen flasks (6L) and I use them. A bit pricey but worth it. But remember, whatever you use (caffein, drugs, red bull, cold water etc.) you WILL have to sleep. You can't avoid it. We are all different, while some people can live happily with only 6hours per night, others need a minimum of 8 hours every night.

depriving someone of sleep is the most ferocious torture. So it's best not to willingly experience it. You need your sleep for a healthy life same as you need water.
Anyway, while doing something exciting might give you the feeling that you are not sleepy, or tired for a while, but you can't achieve performance by not sleeping.
I've heard that in Yoga they can do that, but I do not know any details.

Drink water. Most of us walk around being chronically dehydrated and one of the major symptoms of being dehydrated is fatigue. Try to get your water levels up to 2-3 liters a day and see if that makes a difference. Also make sure you are eating healthy and regularly and getting enough exercise. These things all help to boost your energy levels.

Guarana tablets...natural from the amazon, you can buy from health food stores. You can also take this with ginseng which is also a natural reliever of fatigue. Also, eat a light meal followed by a fresh fruit smoothie. And get some fresh air, sit in the open air and breath in deeply.

Keep yourself busy and drink some red bull or any other drink with a high caffeine content. That usually does the trick.
