Yes, if you feel it goes against the Community Guidelines, go ahead and report it.
The staff at YA usually survey the site for abuse, but given the amount of content that is posted every second, they depend more on our reports to clean it up.

I say do it. I don't ever look at the resolved questions, but I personally would report any racist question or answer I come across.
That vitriol doesn't deserve a place on here.

i love questions like this. Do you hate people who hate? I bet you cant tolerate intolerant people. Youre entitled to your views, so are the racists, the bigots, and all the rest. Or should we be free to all think the same as everyone else?
