dont talk to him, leave him!!! go out with ur friends enjoy being single, go out with family. u might want a bf right away but just be by ur self and really sit back and think that u dont need to be treated like that. dont blame ur self, only u can make ur self feel better about ur self no one can do it for u!!! i know it's happen to me it will take a while but it will get better best of luck to u!! and dont go back to u ex it will only get worse

if he was abusive then he was not the right person for u and u r out of his league -- there is somebody out there just waiting for a chance to have a wonderful person like u be their friend
abusive bf cannot break your heart because they never cared for u and if u think that your heart is broken u need to look at your self in the mirror and tell your self u crazy for ever caring for that loser in the first place. no one deserves to be abused in any way.
take comfort in knowing what goes around comes around and your ex-bf is in for a rude awakening with his next gf.-- she will be a real b*tch.
u on the other hand will find someone that will care for u the way that u want to be cared for

girl forget that you shouldnt never let a man put you down to where you dont feel good about yourself!! an you shouldnt allow any man to abuse you in any kind of way! you are aa woman that is Gods most delicate thing and one day you will find someone who will make you feel like the queen you are but unitl then you have to make yoursefl feel ike that in order for anyone to treat you like that!! Cut off all contact to him. You don't deserve that kind of disrespect, at all. And if that doesn't work, fight fire with fire. Tell him what a dick he is. But other than that, move on, do the things you love. Do ANYTHING you can to be happy. I know there are things out there and SOMEONE for you.

there's really nothing u can do. maybe have a friend 2 comfort u or if its driving u crazy go to consuling. if u dont wanna do that then just wait. only time can heal the pain!

you did the right thing. all break ups are hard get counseling to repair the damage he caused. their are non profit support groups search online in your area you will find one.

Go buy yourself something! Something you dont need but you like. This is what me and my girls do. Even if it is just a purse you have had your eye on. Anything that makes you smile just to look at it! ; )
