Following my successful previous question, does anyone know of the most effective way that I can create a webpage. Something that is interactive and allows visitors to leave messages and information. u may need to take a look at my previous question "British Citizens, what do you think of my idea?" to understand what I'm talking about.

Go for Rapidweaver or 1&1, both very good and cheap. A free one usually comes with things you wont want and maybe adverts.
1&1 will provide a URL and also has a button for referals that pay you so much every time it is clicked on. Put a Firefox referal button on your site and Google will pay you when anybody clicks on that.

Well, in order to create a web page you will have to go to piczo or freewebs...or even those lame myspace sites. I, personally, have a site which has 3500+ visitors and I am proud of it. Go chack it out and you may get and idea of how a site looks like.

Piczo.com! They allow you to make your own web page easily and fairly fast, and the best part--it's free!! You get a guestbook where people can leave you messages and you also get a visit counter, so you can see how many people have been to your site. If you wanna check it out, I have a site on there. laurelsmyspacehelp.piczo.com

Hire a web designer. For a few bucks they can set you up with a web page and a message forum.

I honestly find bravenet to be the best, especially if its for business use, the others are ok but only really good if you want to create a website about yourself or your dog or whatever.
