well you have to apply the value for every variable
you got
4x + 5y + 7x + 5 + 2y ------ with x = 2, y = 3
so you got to calculate
4x + 5y + 7x + 5 + 2y
4*2 + 5*3 + 7*2+ 5 + 2*3
so its 8+15+14+5+6 = 48
