You may have to write to zanussi and ask them to send you a manual, they will do that!
Zanussi Telephone Number: 08705929929
Zanussi Phone Number: 08706069876
Zanussi Contact Number: 01753219897

Just tell them you've misplaced the original manual!

I found the zanussi page link, but it doesnt work, as a direct link!
go to the zanussi web site, here:
http://www.zanussi-electrolux.co.uk/
CLICK "customer service" (under welcome to zanussi),
CLICK "Manuals" (continue button by manuals box)
CLICK "Electolux outdoor products" by the "service force" logo
CLICK "instruction Manuals" (down the left hand side)
CLICK "i dont know the PNC number.....
CLICK "next"
"MODEL NAME" : enter, "zdm891w"
You will get a download for the instructions, as a "PDF file"...you need adobe Pdf to view it, which is free to download, there is a link on the page. Often called "adobe reader".

The answer below........is this a plug? if you follow this link, you get a list of hundreds of brands, and models, and asked to make a voluntary donation. If you dont, it goes no further, than to ask again, and tells you, after giving your details...and a payment, the manual will be "uploaded to the server" in a few days!!! WHAT A CON ! No wonder this liar couldnt "find" it on a proper site, and recomends this garbage!

You should go onto Zanussi Webb site where you should be able to down load and print off a manual for your oven for free. if you have a timer or a clock on the oven and it is not set on zero the oven will not function. GOOD LUCK.

I looked at the zanussi site and couldn't find the manual for your model.
Try http://www.user-service-manuals.com/
