Accually you shouldn't substitute anything for sleep. It is very important to your body to get the recommended daily allowance of sleep. Usually about 8 hours.

hope you mean once in a while not a regular basis, because u really need 8 hrs of sleep minimum. If you need to stay awake, energy drinks, coffee
if you need a refresher, close your eyes for a few minutes and breathe deeply, think nothing but a beautiful day

Nothing, really. For a while you could do speed or eat loads of pro-plus, but my friend did the pro-plus thing, and after 3 days was running around with a cuddly toy thrusting it in people's faces, asking them, in all seriousness, to kiss Mr. Happy. We only just managed to stop him getting sectioned! You can stave off sleep for so long, but afterwards it sucks. And you can actually die from lack of sleep. Trust me, ain't worth it.

Bad idea, but No Doz and Bawls (highly caffeinated beverage) will prolly do the trick. Watch the shakes tho. You can get both at a good 7-11 or SuperTarget.
