I am currently looking into natural/herbal remedies to help my gf reduce her asthma attacks. Problem is she hates teas and coffee. Is there anything else out there that might work? She also has several different allergies and a heart condition. So I'm a little hesitant to try any of this stuff on her.

first off im no doctor and i advice that if ur gf has asthma she needs to talk to her doctor before trying these. ok as an Asthmatic myself i can tell u there are alot of herbs that can help i went thru a friend who was doing natural remedies for me. one is chamomile tea and the other is taking the flowers from a heather plant and boil them in tea, they have always helped to relieve my symptoms.. also u can look up home remides for asthma on the internet and it will help u..

Congratulation on hitting your one month!! Well I dont know of any remedies but how about starting to work out to let some of that aggression out. Hope this helps. Dont divorce it sounds like you and your wife have a great relationship =)

Take your girlfriend to a naturopath. They will be able to test herbal therapies against her meds to make sure there are no interactions. Check at your local health food store to see who they recommend.
