What do you want to do with it?

You might be surprised to know, a server like you linked will consume HUGE amount of electrical power, in order of 30 to 50 dollars worth a months. It is noisy and it will generate LOTS of heat. Plus, SCSI based makes it very expensive to add disks. Memories are QUITE expensive, too.

If this is going to be for a light duty use and possibly hobby/home use, you might just want to buy a stripped down desktop and add components as you need them.

My "server" at home is a Dell Optiplex GX520. For what I need it for, it is quite sufficient.

If you buy even a celeron based desktop box, but add 2 gigs or so memory, and SATA disks, it will outperform many of the older true-server boxes.

Im sorry, but this is probably the worst choice you could make in buying a server. It is extremely slow and has very little storage. Its very old and is likely to have problems soon. As was said before, it will create lots of heat and noise and use lots of power. AgatesComps can build you a new server satrting at just $299, which will offer you much better performance than the "server" you mentioned.
