Hi well kick your self in the in the stomach at the lowest part a few times and then do the same to your back, if it doesnt leave a dull ache do it till it does. Then leg it round the block a thousands of times to make yourself as tired as you possibley can be and make sure you are sweating like a pig, then put you self in some ice, because we go hot and cold to. Give you self a migraine some how and just mope around all day because you are in so much pain. Also truging your self up the stares to change your sanitry protection and clean your self a hell of a lot, and remeber to have a cupboard full of paracetamol oh a hot water bottle one for the back and on the front. Oh and dont forget to take it out on everyone that is near you as you are so angry because of all the pain. Well you did ask.

All you feel are the side efeects of periods like cramps but you can't fee the period itself

uhm..it's actually a pain. you cannot wear thongs for one and you have to keep changing your pads at least 4 times a day...major pain!
