A good song is one that you hear for the first time, and you just have to hear it again, at all costs!

Like, when I first heard the new Evanescence song "Sober", or when I heard "Smile Like You Mean It" by the Killers, those are good songs - to me. Each person has their own opinions.

I know it's cheezy, and I'm a huge rock-n-roll fan (Killers, Evanescence, and others included), but when I hear Kelly Clarkson - that girl can whail! She's really tallented. I don't typically like Pop music, but she's good.

When I hear someone who can really sing - like Amy Lee from Evanescence, or like Kelly C. - I have to respect that.

I like music for the art and creativity of it - not for the show or popularity. If you listen to music that way, I think it makes it easier to pick out the good songs from teh bubblegum crap that most of the rest of the music industry puts out.

Wait until October 3 - there are so many good albums due out that day, it's not funny!

Well, there are lots of good songs. For what occasion? Or, did you mean just in general? I love Wolfmother's Carnival a lot right now.

A great song is by Fall Out Boy. It is called "It's not a side effect of the cocaine, I am thinking it must be love" It goes:

why can you read me like no one else?
I hide behind these words
but I'm coming out
I wish I kept them behind my tongue
I hide behind these words
but I'm coming out

put your hand between
an aching head and an aching world
we'll make them so jealous
we'll make them hate us
an aching head and an aching world
we'll make them so jealous
we'll make them so jealous

all the ways you make my stomach turn
and all the long drives
with my friends blur
and I wish I kept them inside my mind
I hide behind these words

and think of all the places
where you've been lost
and then found...out
in between my sheets
in between the rights and the wrongs

put your hand between
an aching head and an aching world
we'll make them so jealous
we'll make them hate us
aching head and an aching world
think of all the places
where you've been lost and found...out
