You need to cut up people from Mongolia to make "mongolian beef."
How about taking me out to a nice Chinese restaurant?

Depends on how many you're cooking for...
as a generality, two do me fine, but if i have company i estimate around one and a half per person,
so say you have 3 dinner guests plus yourself, that makes 4 people, I'd make six puppies

Well since you are using puppies about 5 , thats alot of skinning and stuff . When you could cut down you're prep. time by using a medium sized dog.

Apparently it's a lot, because there aren't any strays in my neighborhood since Chang's opened on the corner and there are lots of new posters for lost dogs.

your looking at it from the wrong point of view,
over there they have dogs that their body weight can reach 270 pounds.
so it take one to make many pounds of good eating beef...
