Why does the Lynx bus line in Orlando, FL suck so much?

The lynx bus in Fl is so bad. They're always late and the new busses have 1/2 the seating space than before- less seats and less room. I'm only 6ft. but my knees extend about 6in. past the seat in front of me. I tried emailing them, but their website is also messed up- at least it is when using a mac g4.

Public transportations has its positives and negatives. Have you tried to call them to address your concerns?
