Colostrum, a pre-milk substance appeared in about the sixth month for me. The actual milk doesn't come in until after the baby is born. It is hard to miss!

Actual breast milk does not come in until about 2-3 days after baby is born. Until then it is colostrum. Basically a nutrient rich fat for baby to start on. Trust me, you will know when your milk comes in! I went from a "C" cup to "E" in 24 hours!!

colostrum usually comes in the 3rd trimester, real milk does not come until after birth. Get a pregnancy book and learn more

Not usually until after you have given birth... within a few hours of birth your breast will become engorged.. it could be painful and you might have to massage your breasts to relax the nipples enough for the baby to latch on.. after that, with regular feeding your millk should come at often as is needed..

with my first, it came at 4 months, with my second, it showed at 6 months. I breastfed the first and I think the glands were stronger at holding it back.
