One, your enemy can surrender. Two, you can take away your enemy will to fight. Three, you can take away the resources of you enemy so they can not afford to fight. Now are we doing any of the three to win this war on Terror?

A bit of fallacy there.
Those are true for a conventional war "against a Country".
This is not a "conventional war".
#1. The terrorists are the only ones who "can/are" using it. Commit such unimaginable atrocities that the opponent loses their will.
Our Military has NOT lost the will. The American people have.
#3. The rest of the World, most, has no desire.
World War III will be fought when the World is threatened and finally realizes that Appeasement does, did not, work. AGAIN!
I'm reminded of Italy in WW II. Mussolini was convinced that Hitler would win. He wanted to be on the winning side.
Can you see any correlation as some countries are aligning with Iran and Syria? They foresee that America and Allies will fall. Chavez will go the way of Mussolini in such an event. They are/were merely pawns.
I won't say all, but we have Congressmen who may/will succumb to Appeasement.
History is about to repeat itself.
Who, in their right mind, believes that every head of every country will be part of any victory under "One Ruler"? They will be dead and gone.

When we capture our enemy it encourages others to follow. Our enemy fights because of religion which is his primary source of education. The only resource our enemy has is oil.
The three ways to win a war do not work in this situation. There's only one way to win this war: Drill Anwar! Quickly!

We have frozen countless bank accounts, but they deal in cash now, so that method has been rendered useless. Their will to fight cannot be reversed. They will only surrender once we have cuffs on their wrists and shackles on their ankles. The only way to stop Islam is to destroy it completely.
