Neither really. Both methods tend to overcook the chicken so it doesn't digest properly. A better option is to stir-fry.
Frying will make the chicken quite tough unless you marinade it in a sauce for an hour beforehand. This will keep the chicken tender. Barbecued or smoked meats contains increased levels of a known carcinogen, benzopyrene. This means it can cause cancer.

BBQ is much healthier than frying, but I don't personally like either. I would grill it with some garlic/italian seasoning....precioouuuussss.
