I mean we both had our share of questions and all, and they did lengthy explaining, but they only asked me like two questions and I asked about two, and that was it.

Yeah, I've had that sort of interview, too. They do all the talking, they don't ask you any questions and dismiss you before you feel like you've been able to make any impression at all. They also don't give you any clues do they? This is a hard call, my friend. If you want the job send a thank you card to both individuals and follow-up a few days later with a call. Good luck.

Be positive, they dont indicate anything. The fact they told you a lot of details about the position means they are serious about hiring someone. Sometimes the resumes are detailed enough and people maybe happy enough to meet the person and get them on board. However there may also be situations where they may have found within few minutes of the interview the opposite person has limited knowledge or skill required for the job and may shorten the interview. I will keep the positive outlook and hope to get the job.
Good luck

I would never try and decide how the interview went by the length it took, many time bosses have to fit you in to their schedule which means the time will be short and sweet. If you have a good feeling about both of them and they went through most of the details with you on the position, then sit back and relax and wait for the phone to ring:) Good Luck!

I do a lot of interviewing and short and sweet interviews are neither a good nor bad sign. It really depends on the job and what they are looking for. When I interview, I prefer short and sweet cause the people that take so long are either uninformed about the position and what it entails (i.e., stupid) or super high maintenance.

I'd say that short and sweet wouldn't be good, coundn't you think of some questions to ask? Although if you interviewed with two people at the same Company, that could be a good thing, did they call you back for the second interview?

Depends. It usually happens when they have gone through the resume and found it appealing and decided to have a face-to-face chat with you. To "check you out" to see if you fit the bill physically. Your appearance, how you carry yourself, your manner of speaking, visible tatoos, etc. Anyone can create a resume and lather it up. If they have given you a lot of details, in that short time, then they may be considering you for the job. I hate the ones that go on for hours and nothing happens.
