This website should get you to where you can call them. They usually charge for phone calls if it is something more than a simple fix. I would recommend their website FAQ's first.

On the symantec website if you click on something like contact us I think it is there is a place where you can live chat someone and a screen pops up and an operator or technician chats with you to help fix the problem. Otherwise I dont know a number to call.
