Put a radio underneath the deck. Set it to a station that plays rap or country-western... anything that's not melodic. This method also keeps racoons out of my garden. When it's gone, close up all the openings so the skunk won't come back.

if its an actuall skunk call animal control or pest control and keep people and animals away from it. not that they are really dangerous its just the stink can linger for ages it its just the smell i say just spray it with a hose everyday pretty much.. and maybe get some baking soda boxes like you do in the fridge and freezer and put under there.

Try good old fashioned Mothballs, they've worked for me in the past when one got under the house. Depending on the deck size, one box should be enough to keep them out.

Spread bunch of fresh marigold flower or grow hedge of marigold flower near the deck, they hate its smell

your best bet is to call animal control. you could scare it out, like i did, but then it sprays and your deck will stink for a month.
