Not sure how much anything like this actually does what it says it does but maybe. The best way I know personally to heighten arousal or climax is to do something for her that she usually has to do for herself- like do the laundry or put the kids to bed and let her go have a relaxing bath or something. Kinda like foreplay in itself. Stress or fatigue has a very big impact on a woman's libido and reducing that and making her feel special can actually increase her arousal. Trust me :o)
