Nothing. Leave it to the UN to deal with. On one condition though.

We allow the UN to handle it with the condition that, should there be any Nuclear attack by N Korea or its allies on our soil or the soil of any of our allies that the UN will be kicked out of the USA and all of our money will be withdrawn from the organization. Also we will launch a full scale attack on N Korea and it's allies should the UN have to be kicked out of our country for this reason.

Same goes for Iran.

This plan will cost many lives in the end, but will allow the USA to place the responsibility on the UN and once and for all prove the organization is impotent.

It will be hard to sit back and watch this happen, but when we rub our bloody stump in the face of the world who opposes our actions it will be something they will not likely forget.

If America really wants to stop any one from developing nuclear technology, it should first roll back its own.
Because its the need of the day, now or after every one will go for it.
First North Korea then Iran and now Egypt wants to develop civil nuclear technology.
If they comply to the IAEA's policy, I don't think they are wrong.
If America can't roll back his own program than he has no right to stop others.
