My husband and I have been ttc for a couple of months now. My last cycle started Sep 2nd. I am suppsed to start around the 30th. My boobs have been really sore this past week, I also have been really tired and extremely bloated. Is it still too soon to take a hpt?

It is too soon to take a test and expect it to be very accurate. The accuracy 4 days before period is around 65% so wait til you're late. Good luck!

Nope, you should get some kind of result at this time. Definitely get a 2 or 3 pack of at least 2 different brands though. EPT worked 7 days before my missed period, but First Response didn't work until 3 days after my missed period and I've heard it the other way around from friends. One day makes a hige dfference though, so if you get a negative, you could wait one or 2 days and get a positive...

I am supposed to start on the 29th so I am right there with you! I am going to wait it out though. I am going to take a test on the 30th only if I am late. I took one last month a couple days before and got a positive and then started my period 4 days later. I was very sad. If you are braver than I am then take it!! Good luck to you!!!!

My cycle started on the same day as yours and Im wondering If I should wait or take a test I think Im gonna wait though until maybe friday or saturday If you take yours let me know good luck

I would say wait another 4 or 5 days. You need to get an $$ test. Don't get the cheap ones.

it is never too early to do one. i did one like 5 days after thinking i may be pregnant and it did come out but very lightly. i called my doctor to schedule an appt to have it confirmed.

The home pregnancy test usually will specify on the box how soon they can be used to tell if you are pregnant.

its too soonto tkae an HPT, but it sounds like pregnancy to me
