I see where a trac phone also has a camera phone, my question is how do they charge for uploading pictures to the internet (I am assuming you can) do they charge per minute of use like when making a phone call? Also if you send a picture to someone else? Do they have a specific charge for that as well? I am thinking of getting one of these phones for my daughter and want to know what to expect in the way of charges.

nothing. when you do it your self buy the wire that goes to your computer port .

If you don't use a cable and software, you will pay a per picture charge. For most non prepaid plans it is a quarter a photo. Since prepaid tends to be twice the price, my guess it would be fifty cents a photo.
