tell us ur history - i normally get cough for a month after cold.
steam is good .
i take expectorant initially ...and things like mutinex to remove phlegm . if it is not getting better then u might want to go for antibiotics
visit ur doc , u might have chest congestion

Hi it depends on what type of cough, i would recommend benalyin in the formula for what ever type of cough it is, tickly chesty or dry. Also a simple lyntus or brochial lynus will help and it is cheaper. Also get some lemsip max strength down you. If you have a sore chest as well as a cough and it feels like it hasnt come from coughing as your chest does get sore from coughing, you may have a chest infection and need to see a doctor. But try the medicine first and if this doesnt clear it in a few days then go and make an appoinment.

If you have been taking something already and you still have a cough for a week, it is time to see the doctor. It could be serious. Don't ignore your health.

Could be allergies, sinuses dripping in the back of your throat. I would try some sinus medicine in the evening until you are sure how it will affect you.
Many people might say, I have never had allergies before...it doesn't matter, it can happen at any time in your life. Of course if you don't believe this is it, please ask a doctor or nurse....
