Eat right, and exercise. I know everybody says that but it's the truth. If you can't make it to a gym, try walking a couple miles a day. Also eat fruit, vegetables and try to go with the all natural stuff. Remember there IS such thing as good fat. Also if you love bad things such as chips and desserts, do what I do. Buy baked lays chips and skinny cow, or some kind of low fat icecreams. Trust me this really works. I lost 20 pounds by walking everyday and eating right.

Try eating a lot of nuts like brazil nuts, cashews etc (but not the ones that are covered in vegetable oil).
I work at a University and research that was done just a few months ago in our school of biomedical science into dieting found that nuts were an excellent slimming aid!

Me and you sound so much alike, I want to lose weight fast, and I have, but i gained it all back, lol. I would tell you fasting for a week and then diet after you are 'cleansed,' that would only lead to binge eating though, I know from experience. Just diet and work out. If you are like me though, and don't like to work out, just go on a walk every day. It is easy and burns calories.

Diet and excercise.
Walking is one of the best excercises.
And the atkins diet is one of the best diets no breads and no sugars and dont go over 20 carbs a day it might be hard but after the 1st 2 days you could lose a pound a day.

Don't diet. In the past I have gained much more than I originally lost. Try to eat healthy, excersise, and love yourself as you are.

Walk, jog, and eat healthy. I lost thirty pounds in two weeks just eating salads and drinking water.
