3 * (5 + 6 * 2) + 54 - 5 (solution)

Proof:
3 * (17) + 54 - 5
51 + 54 - 5 = 100

You'll need to multiply twice, add twice and subtract once.

(2*6)*3+5+5+54=100

2*6=12
12*3=36

36+5+5+54=100

There you go.
