How do I find and unblock my msn contacts on Live?

Go to Tools > Options > Privacy and you can choose to unblock who you have blocked.

Your MSN contacts should be In your Contact List. Right click on each of them and select Unblock Contact.

ryt clik on there name and press unblock

right click then choose un block.
if you r talking to him/her you will find up the sign of un block click on it.
