There are markers that are supposed to match Pantone colours, and they do come close, but they have three sized tips on the same marker, including a super fine one, and work very well. They are a bit costly though.

Sharpie actually makes a tip that is as fine as a sharp pencil. You may have to go to a craft store to find them.

MICRON PENS!!!

Do not use sharpies. At least try to stay away from them. Micron pens generally come in .005 to .8 cm width and are relatively cheap (I buy mine from Dick Blick for around $1.60 each). They do not bleed as much as sharpies do and are consistent in the markmaking and last me a long time.

Stabilo Pens. My dads company pen. its like a permanent marker in pen form. Everyone asks me about it and they love it.

They make Extra Fine point sharpies, and other brands carry them too. You just need to look for an Extra Fine tip. That should work for you . .. please see staples website below.
