Best markers to ever use for art are Prismacolor.
They are on the more expensive side but you will be extreemly pleased with the richness of color. If this is just for a small project and not very important then extra fine sharpies OR if you go to Michaels or some other craft store they have a HUGE range on extra small point markers.
