I would go to www.writing.com and set up an account. They have proffesionals and amateurs and you can rate people's poems, stories, whatever!

Try literary agents or go straight to publishing houses - lists of agents/publishers who accept the kind of story you've written are available in either "the writer's handbook" or "the writer's & artists yearbook" - both of which are great sources of info if you're an aspiring writer - trust me, I know by personal experience!

You should check it for spelling before you let anyone see it. With stupid spelling mistakes (like the one you have in your question - should be "whether", not weather), no one will take you seriously.
