I had a '96 of same and it did... so it should... check your dashboard, there should be an ABS light that comes on during ignition.

The only 1995 Civics with ABS were the LX sedan (4-door), and the EX Coupe (2-door).

If your car has a "LX" symbol on it somewehere (or in the manual), and is a 4-door, then it has ABS.

If your car has an "EX" symbol on it somewhere (or in the manual), and is 2-Door, then it has ABS.

Otherwise, your 95 civic does not have ABS.

Hope this helps!!

To be positive, look under the hood, you will see the master cylinder the lines running out of the master will run to another master ABS control er. You can't miss it ,big silver with a brake fluid reservoir on top, that's the ABS system.

easy find a wet spot or slick place and stomp the brakes if you feel the brakes skid no anti lock. If the brake under your foot buzzes and no skid anti lock. Or follow the brake hoses under the hood to the ABS module Should be in the engine compartment four brakes hoses comming out two hoses going in.
