Tip #1: Drink water. It's amazing what hydration can do to sooth!
Tip #2: Try to put your feelings into a number scale where 1 is totally calm, and 10 is totally out of control. Then, you can purposefully dial your numbers down to a more manageable level.
Tip #3: Take a walk. Sunshine and physical activity really help!

When you feel yourself getting frustrated to the point of anger, you should back away from the situation a bit. Tell everyone that it is in their best interest to give you a little peace, and in due time you will answer their questions, fix their problems or just put up with their ignorance. Until that moment arises they should find something else to spend their time on and give you a well deserved break.

I understand where your coming from.I think to myself is it really worth getting mad or angry over? Am I going to allow myself to get mad over this? Don't get me wrong I still get aggravated but I don't let it effect the problem. I know that if I were to get mad it would not make the situation any better. Its better to deal with it yourself alot of the times then to argue with someone over something that probably wasn't worth arguing over in the first place. As humans we always seem to want to defend what we say or do before we think if fighting with someone is even worth it. I had a bad temper growing up and would blow up at the drop of the hat. I had to learn to deal with it though before it really got me in trouble. There are alot of people and things in this world that are hard to deal with. Take one thing at a time a deal with it. Remember that arguing and fighting will not solve the problem. Talk things out and it will be ok. If you happen to be alone then let some of that anger out. Don't hurt yourself in the process by punching walls or anything but do what you have to to let some anger out. Remember nothing is worth being mad over. Being mad only makes you feel well mad or aggravated. I don't think anyone really likes to feel that way. The best way is to pray. The Lord is really the only one who can help us through anything. Peace be with you and God Bless.

stop and think about how there is people out there that live in little dirt holes who's family is dying or already dead, that may be dying themselves because of lack of healthcare. that are cold everynight. that dont get much to eat and always have hunger pains. and then relize even tho you are upset right now that you have alot to be thankfull for and are very lucky.
if that doesnt work punch them in the face and tell them to shut the ^&* up

Stop and realize how lucky you are to be alive. Take a "time out" walk outside and breathe... Notice all of the beauty in the world and how small things can seem to take control - Start to put things in priority and know yourself and what is important - Becoming angry and unable to control your emotions will not move you forward - only hold you back -

I would stay calm by going for a walk or to the gym. Tell that person how you feel, and that you don't mean to sound mean but when you're tired and such- you need to be left alone.

All I can say is, you have to be a strong person to not do it under those conditions. Good Luck! Just be honest..I am too tired to deal with this now, unless you want me to lash out!

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, count to ten if you have to. Then smile and say we will discuss this later.Walk away. No good ever comes out of an angry, screaming argument.

Just don't make it personal. We all feel different at times, but be honest; just say that you are tired, irritated and angry. If they love you they will understand.
