Tokyo is on the other side of the international date line, which means they add a day going west.
Subtract 1 day from Tokyo leaves 9 am Friday. That means that Tokyo is 8 hours behind San Francisco (5 pm - 9am = 8 hr).
The problem is actually misleading, however:
San Francisco is in Pacific Time (GMT - 8)
Tokyo is at (GMT + 9) but does not use daylight savings time.
This leaves a 7 hour time difference during the winter, and an 8 hour time difference in the summer.

sixty 5 x 6 = 390+ 50 x 11= 550= $940 basically, I in simple terms discovered the achievable additions there could desire to be to get an end sort of 40. I however, nicely the 50s are the two going to be a selection with an ending of 00, or 50. After determining that if it have been 0, the entire 65s further up mandatory might finally end up with an volume of wood under 17. then you know that's an ending of fifty, to that end the quantity of white spruces replace into even. From there, you in easy terms try the opportunities until you come across the marvelous total. desire this helps :)

Well Japan is ahead of San Fransico by 5hours.
Each zone is 15° of longitude in width, with local variations, and observes a clock time one hour earlier than the zone immediately to the east.
I hope that helps.

I think you could just say that Tokyo is 16 hours ahead of San Francisco.
I don't think it has anything to do with the International Date Line - just adding 16 hours to whatever time it is in San Francisco..
