My leg (usually my right side) hurts like a nerve pain after sex. My gyno's never heard of such a thing. It all started after my first pregnancy. I've had 3 kids, the youngest is now 5, but it still occurs every time after sex. Is hard to stand, and is very uncomfortable. Its usually gone by late afternoon. It only happens when we have sex in the morning. If we have it in the middle of the night and I sleep afterwards, I'm OK in the morning. Funny thing is that its only with penetration. If I get an orgasm but he doesn't enter, it doesn't happen. Any possible explanations?

Try different positions...maybe you on top or spooning. It could just be his weight on you pinching a nerve.

Forgive me but I had to laugh. It sounds like after having had sex for half a day, your legs hurt. Mine would, too! It could be a particular position you use. Try changing your position and the position of your legs. Also try more frequent position changes. It may have something to do with inactivity prior to having sex. If that doesn't work you may have to avoid that one position and possibly avoid having sex in the morning. Too bad, that's a good time, too.

Probably the position you are using. Must be pulling on a nerve route. Do some stretching exercises before sex to see if this helps. If not go to a neurologist or physical therapist to see if they can identify the problem. The gynocologist won't have a clue.

If I was having sex for about half a day, my legs would hurt too...

I suggest modifying your position and perhaps lessening your sexual escapades from those half a days to maybe a quarter of a day. Also, you might have some lower back issues and it could be your sciatica which would naturally be aggrivated after having sex for that long.

Could just be that you need to build up your thigh muscles. If you are having sex in the morning and it happens, it could be where your muscles are totally relaxed from an all nights rest and then they get worked out first thing. Try an excersise routine and see if you get any results that way?

welllll....it could be a problem (most wouldn't call it a "problem")with his "length." as wierd as it may sound. my wife gets something like that on occasion and her gyno asked her my length...he said it may be because during penetration if i go all the way in i'm hitting something (she said the organ but i can't remember it right now) that was causing her pain later, but not during sex. and yeah, same thing, only when screwing in the morning...pardon my french.

You have a back problem. It is your sciatica nerve that starts i your back, but runs down to your leg. See an orthpedist, and he will send you to a physical therapist. It is not so much sex, but it is your husband putting his weight on you that is causing the pain. If you were on top you would see that it wouldn't hurt.

Try stretching before sex. You sound like a person who went to the gym and didn't stretch before workout. And two it could be the position you are doing it in.

This happens to me. I saw a chiropractor. My hip was out of joint from child birth and my sex positions of choice aggravated it. Does your back hurt too? Hope this helps.

Try a different position - perhaps - which doesn't put weight on the nerve. Try the other side.
