The best Oil by far is Amsoil. They are the first in Synthetic Oil. I run it in all of my Trucks and motorcycles for increased life, and fuel econ. Amsoil has oil that only has to be changed once every 25,000 miles or once a year.

i would say a good quality 5 w 30 or 10 w 30

THE BEST oil to use is 10w40 semi synthetic it cools the engine and gives protection as the viscosity is just right

fully synthetic 10w40 if u got a high millage car best use thicker oil

I will third the AMSOIL notion. Best oil you can buy...ok ok lucas is good too, but I would put my faith in amsoil.

check your manual as will say exactly the mix you need then call around to find stockists(alot of the newer manuals have a list of stockists in them ) good luck
