Inside the pants? Outside? Crossdraw or standard? Concealment garment? Shoulder rig? Purse (for females)?

I carry a compact .45 semi-auto in a standard inside-the-pants. I'm just trying to see what's popular with other people.

I use shoulder rig & if I'm wearing trousers instead of a skirt, an ankle holster. I've also got a holster for my belt but when I wear that, my weapon is usually not concealed unless I wear a jacket over. I rarely opt to leave my gun in a purse. There's more chance that some idiot might get a hold of it there.
My shoulder holster is cross-draw, I've got standard for waist which is my preference, but I'm looking into cross for that to see if it might be more comfortable and if it might lend to quicker draw time. Ankle is standard, & all are equipped with fast release.
Now. Fair is fair. What about you?

Inside the pants, either in the waistband or in a large pocket. Some company's have nice little pocket pouches to carry a small weapon. And no cops should not be carrying around concealed weapons, they can get away with it in plain sight.

i can't carry a concealed firearm on you without the papers first.second if u have a concealed firearm on you it should be in the "three steps mode" where u have to take three step intill u can fire the weapon.i'm not going into now but i think u can check out the nra.com
they should have the info for keeping u out of jail. =P

Why do you need one? Does it make you feel Macho? Think of the responsibilities of using the blame thing except for a status symbol. Wow, I wish my state would allow such a dumb thing. When I wear my weapon I am in uniform and it's exposed for all to see. Do I feel Macho? I think not. Sounds like you better put it aside and grow up a little. Then rethink why you have it.
