Your vac bag is a breeding ground for things that look, when magnified ten billion times, like gigantic rhino's whith spikes all over. The spider you vacuumed up will probably have died. However, if it didn't die, all the other spiders that live in your sac will have taken the victim to Spider A & E. They will be plotting revenge. If the victim dies the others will eat the victim then have a massive party because it's Saturday Night in the Bag.

Be careful on Sundays for hungover, grieving spiders.

Hope this helps.

YES!!!, they can actually breed in the bag and then they can crawl out...A trick is to spray insect kiler into the sucking part of the vacuum if youwish...
also it is easier to step on em....

I had a run in with Brown recluses, seven bites later i now hate spiders

i sucked up two. henry and harriet have now had babies and they all live in my vacuum. they feed of all the scary daddy long legs floating about at the moment which i suck up each night. the daddy long legs don't survive because you only have to breathe on them and their legs drop off. besides i think they're one of those 24 hr buggie thingys.
worms don't fare to well either as the dust gets up their nostrils.
the fruit eating bat finds it dark enough for his liking and lives off orange and apple pips.
there is a bit of a conflict going on at the moment because the elephant and the hippo have stated that 'this vacuum ain't big enough for the both of us' and are getting the other creatures to take a vote on who should be forced to leave.
i've got the car vac on standby for whichever one has to go.

The "impeller" inside the vacuum that causes the suction would chew them up. No chance of life!!! Not to worry.

It depends on what sort of vacuum cleaner you are using.
I remember reading about someone cleaning out the budgie cage and sucking up the budgie and it survived.
