im looking at an ipod on ebay and from what i can tell it seems like a good deal,now im no expert on the subject and i dont want to be ripped off for my nievity,should i be cautios about buying it,is there anything wrong with a refubished ipod,from what i understand is that they fix the problem,anyway i'll stop ranting now, i just want to know if it would still be a good idea to buy it anyway,it says it comes with a one year warrenty from apple,does that still count if its refurbished?

i would but the ebay one is about 75$cheaper and if its ok with you id like to save some money

Its tricky with refurbished products. You never really know what was wrong with the device in the first place. I find that it is a matter of luck. You could get the one that had a circuit problem and 2 weeks down the road your screwed. On the other hand you could get the one that had a crack in the side of the body. They replace the case and it is brand new.

Make sure you ask the seller about their return policy. You should be able to return it if you are unhappy. And pay a couple bucks more for shipping insurance. Its worth it.

One more thing. Consider buying a brand new one on EBAY. You will still be saving a tone, but you will be paying a little more for the peace of mind that it is brand new.
