You can get a phone for free most of the time with a calling plan and contract. I work for Verizon and we have free phones all the time look online or visit your local store.

yes. The plan isnt free you have to pay every month but like on cingular.com they have lots of free phones with a new plan! : )

Only if you get a plan with it and the free cellphone is very rare. There's always hidden charges.
