Good ol tug of war, red rover, and there is a game where everyone stands in a circle and holds hands. You put a hula hoop over your arm and you have to pass it around the circle with each person stepping through it without using or letting go of hands. Its a really fun game and to keep it moving along, you can set it to music, kind of like musical chairs and ever who is crawling through when the music stops must sit out.

Play anything that involves physical contact. Have everyone wear socks. The you all get into like a wrestling ring on your hands and knees. While crawling around, your goal is to take off the socks of all the other players without having your socks taken off. If your socks are taken off, your out of the game. You play until one person remains.
It's a REALLY stupid, but REALLY FUN game.

Twister is a really good family oriented game, itll keep the kids entertained for awhile, other then that water ballons, and musical chairs can get the job done as well
