Of course this question is a joke, but the obvious answer is that he can't because he's not Catholic. Just being honest isn't enough. It's very political anyway. Probably have to start off as an altar boy and move up the ranks to bishop and then cardinal etc etc.
Too bad though. He probably could improve things within Vatican City the way he fixed most of the economic and security problems caused by that incompetent idiot Bill Clinton we had in office.

He will win because in many nooks and crannies of American culture, fundamentalism usurps logic.
That didn't make any sense, but I spent five minutes coming up with it, so I'm going to get my two points.

What if your whole attitude (displayed by the foolish question) is a result of pure and simple ignorance?
