I understand where you are coming from. I am a convicted felon myself and just got released this past June. Start with what you want and be honest tell them you have the charge and what happened. I am now working for a referral agency and they work with me to see my parole officer and all. You can get any job you want be confident in yourself and if that one doesn't work out keep trying someone will hire you and see the good potential in you. Just remember alot of people will look bad on us for our past but you must remember it's the past you learn and move on. Keep your head up you can do.

You can always start your own business. I would imagine that hourly wage jobs in fast food, construction, or landscaping would be okay too. Check with your local employment office. Note that often, small businesses would not have the resources to do full background checks...

Being charged with a legal and then convicted of that legal makes you a felon and also you could not own any style of gun. although in case you've been merely charged yet no longer convicted then you honestly can purchase a gun. although each and every state has their very own bylaws regarding gun possession and it will be astounding to envision with the interior of sight District lawyer in the previous attempting.
